  1. @misolski Some of that time might have been the snapshot (optional). In particular if this was the first refactoring op for that project.
  2. @joesdevdiary Have you tried Xcode's Open Quickly (Cmd+Shift+D)?
  3. @nirnimesh A new project compiles in 2.5 seconds on my machine. Not sure why yours is so much slower. File a bug report with a CPU sample.
  4. @BrianSlick Aren't we all. It's at least a well known problem: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  5. @stevefink Until actually released, that question can only be answered here: https://devforums.apple.com...
  6. @tewha Sorry about that. Known issue though: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  7. @mokeyZ Known issue: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  8. @stevefink Known issue: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  9. @mortenfast Sorry about that. Known issue though: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  10. @nirnimesh Would you want for Xcode to use more, or less? How many cores in your box? More cores used == Higher efficiency!
  11. @dustinfriel That's how SVN works. If you think that Xcode should hide that from you (by automating that step), file an enhancement request.
  12. @lisacu00 That certainly depends on the size of the project. For anything non-trivial, I'd always rather opt for renaming.
  13. @lisacu00 It's not impossible to rename projs, just difficult: http://bit.ly/1a15y3
  14. @dbarrie If you think that you've found a bug, please file a bug report: http://developer.apple.com/...
  15. @mike3k Since IB 3.0 that shipped with Leopard.
  16. Running late for coder night... On my way though!
  17. NSCoder Night in Campbell coming up in 45 minutes!
  18. @natetrue Sorry about that. Known issue though: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  19. @taxxodium Very sorry about that. Known issue: http://bit.ly/16diVz
  20. @robfromca Native Perforce support for Xcode came in late 2003 IIRC.
