  1. @robcos it's historical. Our hot water used to be stored rather than heated on demand. Stored hot water is not potable, hence separate taps.
  2. Time to touch the puppet head once again...
  3. @sduskis My actions understand the workflow protocol, know about representations (related to resources) and so they generate the URIs.
  4. @sduskis I think we use different approaches. In my world the domain model is decoupled from the resource model. See C5 of our book (soon).
  5. @sduskis that's a static hypermedia example though. In workflows the hypermedia controls change. Trickier!
  6. On that note, hi-ho it's off to work I go. Whatever happened to Sundays? They used to be cool...
  7. I feel for Frankfurt what Elvis Costello feels for Chelsea
  8. Finished the pattern me, @savasp and @iansrobinson will be using in the book for hypermedia services in Java. JAX-RS fought me all the way.
  9. Torchwood Children of Earth is really worth a watch. Download it now! All 5 hours of it!
  10. Enjoying Torchwood immensely
  11. BBC 1, Germany 0. The iPlayer rocks, I am Torchwood-tastic!
  12. @jkordyback you have days off?
  13. Back in blighty for 36 hours...
  14. @mnot Do you understand the rules Mr Rounders? :-P
  15. Apart from our ladies of course, who are giving Sheila and Kylie what-for.
  16. Wow, the aussies are giving us a right good shoe-ing.
  17. My little sister is coming to stay with me this weekend. It's a pity I'll be spending half of it traveling to work :-(
  18. Computer says "no." Which makes me happy for once because I programmed it to do that.
  19. @chrisleishman @savasp and I used to share an office, and play music out loud - the value of the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
  20. @savasp Welcome to the world of fanboy. Rediscover Windows XP-like reliability...
