  11. One more help with lost relatives at T-giving: Be a servant. Clean up, and pay up if someone else cooks.
  12. @alvinreid I'm convinced of it. Being genuinely interested often opens doors. We should care abt their beliefs, needs, etc.
  13. If you are genuinely interested in what THEY believe, lost relatives will often ask: "So what r YOUR thoughts on this issue?"
  14. Hear what your lost relative believes, but sprinkle the conversation w "That's so different than my thinking; tell me more"....
  15. Most of your lost relatives NEVER have a meaningful conversation abt anything important. Be interested in what THEY believe.
  16. Be a Conversationalist: Hopefully lost relatives will say: "I haven't had a meaningful conversation on that level in years."
  17. Perhaps the best thing 2 offer a lost relative at T-giving is a conversation abt his/her philosophy of life, sprinkled w salt.
