  4. Here's a big fuck you for Apple's iPhone tech support. The tech didn't even know the difference between active/inactive SIM card.

  10. Interesting how I can connect to Wi-Fi easily at some Starbucks, and at others I have to switch to 3G. Today I'm on 3G.

  13. To be fair: AT&T 1st line person was more helpful & knowledgable than the tech.
  14. Found the after hours AT&T help number. Tech was most adept at blaming iPhone activation problem on everyone else.
  15. @jeffcarlson Hmm... Maybe T-Mobile is delaying the process. Of course, the T account is showing closed, so we can't check anything there.
  16. @jeffcarlson Were they porting phone numbers? I'm wondering if that's part of the problem.
  17. @jeffcarlson I'm guessing this is just a case of ATT sucking. ATT Web site shows active account, but still isn't activating the phone.
  18. The iPhone activation? Yeah, still waiting on that. Way to go, AT&T.
  19. Spring (ATT partner store) sorted out the extra phone number. Genius Bar staff gets to live another day.
