  1. RT @MSSpringboard: Wow BBC says Win7 Amazon.co.uk preorders wr higher in 1st 8hrs of sale than in 17week period in which Vista preorders ...
  2. @rhysc Sweet! Let me know if I can help in any way.
  3. Youtube dropping IE6 support: http://tr.im/sin0
  4. @samgentile New tech is good, but they need to start incubating stuff for a few years outside the framework like they did with WSE.
  5. @samgentile WPF was't even close to ready in 3.0 (perf issues / blurry text / shapes / lack of controls), WF was rewritten for 4.0, etc, etc
  6. @samgentile They just need to slow down and stop releasing half baked shit because it has to be bundled in with a major framework update.
  7. @samgentile Maybe if they took time to get things like EF and REST support right the first time, they wouldn't need so many big releases...
  8. Digging into funky WebMessageEncoder internals.... you'd think the default message format for a REST encoder would be Raw, not Xml...
  9. @phatboyg lol
  10. @tomasrestrepo They should just cross the I in WIF and make it WTF.
  11. RT @tomasrestrepo: @cibrax And MS Marketing strikes again with another boring name! Can't get these devs too excited :)
  12. RT @cibrax: Geneva Framework is now Windows Identity Foundation. http://is.gd/1xpvQ
  13. @longzheng LOL. She's so excited!!
  14. RT @anandx: RT @torontotechjobs BumpTop: Desktop Engineer - http://bit.ly/19jz62 C++, Qt, Multi-Touch, @anandx, game engines.
  15. Now listening "Fearless Change with Linda Rising: (se radio) http://tr.im/s465
  16. Very cool recruiting game for Swedish Armed Forces: http://tr.im/s2C5
  17. @RickStrahl Nope. You can use properties with DCS. It's more like xmlserializer than binary formatter.
  18. @rickstrahl If the data contract serializer can do it, the xml serializer should be able to as well. Conversely, the dcs needs sgen.
  19. @rickstrahl The inability to use private constructors and setters is very annoying.
  20. @tomasrestrepo Not that last years stuff wasn't cool of course. :) We're just taking it up a notch.
