  5. Ahhh, a nice cold day is a great excuse to add a heaping scoop of cocoa to my coffee and make it a delicious mocha!
  6. @smartyp Why not right a Silverlight-based Captcha control? Doubt spambots parse that yet, use DOM integration to fire the form on pass
  7. Puppy love - Ollie and Lizzie http://pic.gd/5e56d6
  8. @jeremylikness Ah, that's what you meant by "creation" - no, I haven't developed it on Mac, only tested and deployed there.
  9. @font_face_com My experience was with an enterprise business application that had to run on Mac. We didn't have any of those issues.
  10. @font_face_com What's lacking on the Mac support end? Because of the PowerPC? It's fully supported on Intel-based Macs.
  11. @font_face_com LOB = line of business. Lots of rich enterprise/commercial class apps being developed with Silverlight.
  12. @font_face_com Also, great out of the box integration with services, allowing for LOB applications, lots of existing controls, etc.
  13. @font_face_com It uses the CLR, so developers can leverage existing C#, VB, F#, Python, etc skills to build apps, as opposed to just Flex
  14. @font_face_com Yes, #silverlight has tons of uses. Lots of production business and consumer apps already taking advantage of it.
  15. @JRFutrell Confused ... I've run Silverlight 3 on a Mac all day long. What OS/browser are you using that SL isn't supported?
  16. Watching PDC keynotes while creating virtual machine environments for more 2010/SL4 fun
  17. @o3tker Where are you watching it? I just pulled it up in Chrome and Firefox, FF and RWD both work fine for me ...
  18. Blogged: Get Silverlight applications ready for the "real world" http://tinyurl.com/ya677mn #silverlight #sl3 #sl4
  19. I think it's hilarious all the retweets about Microsoft's so-called "Windows Bias" in #sl4 ... it's a feature, not a constraint (doh!)
  20. @ChristinePilch Silverlight is a fantastic add-on. Used by olympics http://nbcolympics.com Sunday Night Football, online apps, much more!
