@ mostly in higher and K-12 ed. Looking at large deficits there 2011 and 2012 (like $500M each yr) and the 25 yr change is scary

@ yeah, that came up. Prob looking at 10-15% increases in UT foreseeable future. Some states do 3%, but fund higher ed more
