  1. @subdigital I agree, but one thing that I think Oracle does way better than T-SQL is querying hierarchical data. Start With/Connect By.
  2. "Download all attachments" in GMail, FTW!
  3. @adymitruk I had a hauppauge capture card that came with am MCE remote.
  4. @adymitruk In my case the computer still gathered dust. It's just now it gathered dust while recording TV shows and transcoding DVDs. :)
  5. @adymitruk I installed MythTV about 4 months ago. "Upgraded" from GB-PVR on Windows. MythTV is fantastic!
  6. MSTest == Development Friction!
  7. @tedkulp Regarding VMWare emails, it took about 8-12 hours for them to arrive for me.
  8. Didn't really understand covariance and contravariance until today. Now I need it. I'll take a .NET 4.0 upgrade for $1000, Alex.
  9. Note to self. Multiple constructors on classes that are registered in an IoC container are a hassle.
  10. @gregfroese Is that in Transcona?
  11. Looking back at old-school record/playback unit tests. AAA is so much cleaner (and I've still got alot to learn about good testing!)
  12. Cool. VMWare Player 3.0 seamlessly converted my Virtual PC image and booted it without hassle.
  13. Patiently waiting for VMWare Player 3 download email that I requested.
  14. @sergiopereira Create an Outlook rule that delays sending all outbound emails for 1 minute. Gives you a grace period.
  15. @JeremySkinner Thanks!
  16. @JeremySkinner do you have a link for VMWare Player 3? Can't see it on their download page.
  17. Do we need an IANA for keyboard bindings. :-) RT @gregfroese: Ctrl-F in Outlook should not forward a message. Key binding fail.
  18. www.lmgtfy.com is such a great site. ;-)
  19. Wow, a flash welcome screen at a website. Haven't seen that in a while. #hello2000
  20. Good to be back in Canada!
