  1. Just found a new Google search feature (might be old news). Google "Winnipeg Time" (or whatever city you are in).
  2. Hmm... Fido.ca doesn't work with Chrome. Fill in a form and submit and the form gets cleared and gives me a bunch of validation errors.
  3. @kkozmic I just searched for this yesterday. Found "CloneSpy" which is free and so far seems ok. UI's a bit dated though.
  4. Ditto. RT @abdullin: (sigh) it is recommended for any .NET developer to learn 2 tools: "Google.com", "Reflector".
  5. @chadmyers DD-WRT _is_ fantastic. I've also used the Tomato firmware (http://bit.ly/5jQtFu) which has a nicer UI, IMHO.
  6. @JeremySkinner Common, that's low. :-) Some of us don't have the luxury of working in C# all the time.
  7. Installing VS 2008 in a VM. Does anyone ever install Dotfuscator Community Edition or Crystal Reports?
  8. Looks like there's quite a bit of good information on using Git with TFS on the net. Trying to see if I can remove TFS integration from VS.
  9. Maintaining an app that I wrote back in 2000. Written in MS Access, but it's been delivering value to the customer for all those years.
  10. Awesome! Config-free WCF. RT @brada: Big claps for config free WCF services at #pdc09
  11. I could sure you full-blown lambda support in VB.net right about now.
  12. "Failed to aquire ReaderWriterLock". Thanks MSTest.
  13. I wonder how many of those 14000 unique printers used during Win7 beta period were dot matrix? ;-) #pdc09
  14. @JeremySkinner Have you looked at Aspose for Excel? We used their Word lib and it rocks. Totally eliminates Office on the server.
  15. Wow! Someone likes mouse buttons. RT @ehayes: A Tale of Two Mice: http://tr.im/FayF
  16. I've eaten way too much raw garlic this week. Apparently it is a cold remedy... or a cruel joke by @davidwiebe and @LizWiebe! ;-)
  17. Doing some MS Access development on an _old_ app I wrote. Where's my Access R#? :-)
  18. I think the Audi R8 is a sweet looking vehicle, but I find this a bit cheezy: http://bit.ly/qKx8g
  19. My Western Digital MyBook external drive is now an internal drive. Thought the whole thing was dead, but just the enclosure that's toast.
  20. With TFS can I change the default sorting of shelvesets when listing them? I want them sorted by date descending instead of by name.
