  1. RT @purpleworkshops Javascript workshop coming this fall! http://bit.ly/18oIW
  2. had a great time at Ravinia. lawn picnic and 1812 overture with real canons.
  3. @CMIWebStudio what in the world are you talking about
  4. godaddy and vistaprint seem to be competing for number of "no thanks" you have to click in order to check out
  5. vistaprint upload error was a FireFox issue! Upload worked first time in Safari. Weird.
  6. heard good things about vistaprint but I get "general error" no matter how I try to upload an image (tried pdf, png, bmp, nothing works)
  7. rails 2.3.3 seems to be m.i.a.
  8. Tired of seeing "YMMV" at the end of blog posts, articles, etc. I think it has jumped the shark. Let's come up with something different.
  9. (last tweet was via @rbates - stupid 140 char limit!)
  10. Google finally drops the other shoe: http://bit.ly/XEySO Apple might need to worry a bit; Microsoft should worry a lot.
  11. @bphogan but RESTful controllers are a good way to provide an API. I agree Rails should provide a version-aware solution by default somehow.
  12. @mleung looks great! Funny, though, mention of a certain IDE is missing... :-)
  13. @luislavena excellent work.
  14. Only 24 days left to get the best pricing on WindyCityRails: http://windycityrails.org/r...
  15. Happy July 4th. Stay safe out there.
  16. I once heard of a twitter bot where you could tweet a subject name and a number, and it would maintain a graph of it - anybody know?
  17. @davidortinau congrats!
  18. @jesteria which museum is the "good" one?
  19. decided not to moonfruit anymore. I think it's not good if we allow this stuff to ravage the twitterstreams until we can block hash tags.
  20. i've officially lost count of the levels of indirection in this code.
