  1. So is C-U experiencing some kind of crazy crime spree or have the police just started emailing us about every single incident?
  2. If you feel like calculating CD spectra of proteins and/or nucleic acids from pdb files, you should check out DichroCalc.
  3. GluRS paper submitted! It's been a long time coming.
  4. Just found an annoying typo in my Lehninger biochem book. hydrolase != hydro-lyase
  5. Happy Repeal Day, people!
  6. Spent a couple hours today trying to submit a postdoc application to a broken website. Someone's getting an eyeful of angry email tomorrow.

  17. This tRNA paper didn't manage to kill me. It tried its damnedest, though.
  18. One week of my life just got funneled into a review paper. The next week will probably dissapear in the conversion from LaTeX to Word.
  19. Glad they finally awarded a Nobel for the structure of the ribosome. It sucks that Nobels are limited to 3 people, though.
  20. Trip to Austin coming up (I love weddings). Need to finish all work for the tRNA simulation review before then.
