  1. Okay, twittizens, what are your favorite ways to make more money? Sell stuff? Ask for a raise? Start a side business? Donate blood? Others?
  2. At the end of a long, painful project, you can actually feel a huge sense of joy and accomplishment. Almost worth the struggle!

  12. Yet another pro athlete with money problems: http://bit.ly/2sF71q -- Fortunately, leagues have begun to provide financial literacy training.
  13. Kris cracks me up. She says "Hi, how are you?" before the kids can say "Trick or Treat!". They don't even have to work for their candy!
  14. Empty gas tank, dead battery, forgotten keys. Broken futon, spraying tomcat, woman with 60 items in the express lane. L-o-n-g Saturday.
  15. !!! Kris and I may get a rude introduction to property easements. The gas company is doing work, and may have to tear up our garden!
  16. I can't decide if it's a good thing or a bad thing that my friends always love (and request) the "dumb J.D." stories I post at jdroth.com...
  17. @fitmacdaddy It's worth a foldedspace post. I'll write one and put it up at jdroth.com.
  18. "We address the problem of identifying exogenous variation in unearned income by exploiting randomized assignment of large amounts of money"
  19. The worst part of writing the book? Reading so many mind-numbing academic papers about money. Example follows...
  20. I had NO idea that pre-nups were such a hot-button issue. >zowie< Sometimes the controversy just comes out of nowhere...
