  16. biggest problem is "bathroom duties" - I cannot shower, but I can wipe my back side - grimacing in pain.

  18. I just did my therapy - 7 min walk today, 9 mins tomorrow, and have to wear a very tight, uncomfortable back brace
  19. Now a very very slow recovery time. En2go giving me super duper support.
