  2. Finished another workout: squats, press, deadlifts, dips, horizontal pull-ups.
  3. The (6 time) winner of our company bench press challenge lifted 345 raw @ I think 165 body weight; amazing. I want to compete next year. #fb

  10. Workout today was squats, bench press, and pullups. Bodyfat is up to 13.5% :( 10 days with a cold and no exercise really hurt. #fb

  14. @chrismtp re:sick How's your cold? I'm not 100% yet but did a light workout yesterday,plan on stairmaster today. Back to p90x when I'm 100%.
  15. Starting p90x and 2 a days when I over this cold. Mixing in Rippetoe beginner program during lunches too 3 times a week.
  16. Been sick since last Thursday and no training. Back up to 13.5% bodyfat. I think it's been going up since I stopped doing p90x.

  20. Was starving during my lunchtime workout today so I brokedown and got a protien shake from the gym. Had terrible gas the rest of the day :(
