  1. In the midst of the holiday rush, breathe deeply & send love to everyone around u. Notice the impact this has on relationships & situations.
  2. When a strong emotion arises, breathe deeply into it to gain awareness of what's real vs your mind's creation. This dissipates the emotion.
  3. Practice meditation throughout the day by focusing on ur breath whenever u find urself thinking about something other than what you're doing
  4. Joy is created inside. Get out & experience anything you plan to do this day. View all from your heart. Notice the gift in ea moment. Joy!
  5. Change your thoughts before expecting others to change. Breathe deeply into criticism, sadness, anger & notice what it is here to teach u.
  6. Our heart center is pure love. Breathe in love, breathe out & feel it fill your body. Bring love to every moment of your day/every situation
  7. Your energy affects everyone around you. Bring love, joy & peace to every situation, not unhappiness/discontent. Spread your good feelings.
  8. Find the small treasures in others & in your situation on which to focus gratitude. Gratitude brings more grace & joy into your life. Smile!
  9. Peace in the world begins w/ peace in your heart. Where R u not peaceful w/ yourself? Peacefully & fully love yourself. Peace will spread.
  10. Use each moment of your life to give. Give a moment to a friend or stranger, let someone cut in front of you, smile at everyone. Feel great!
  11. The best place to be is always the present moment. Breathe deeply to bring yourself right back into this moment immediately. Do this all day
  12. Take a deep breath & fill your heart w/ peace and love. Exhale & let it expand out around you & to those who need it most. Do this all day.
