  1. Has shouting at someone ever resolved issues in the history of relationships? Or is it just something that TV writers think is believable?
  2. Incongruence: walking back from hyper-connected @rivalee's flat, ran into almost-absent-from-the-internet Amelia.
  3. @andrewgodwin: good theory. But these errors were happening *before* the server came up, so I was only getting 0 erroneous requests ;-)
  4. spawning seems to be an app server for people who don't care about pesky things like error messages.
  5. Yay! Alan Ruck on Cougar Town.
  6. @BenWard: pity it doesn't really seem usable in London due to all the unnecessary locations that aren't relevant :-(
  7. I've made it! I have a partisan, poorly laid out and grammatically-dubious Wikipedia entry with reliability and notability concerns. Woot!
  8. @rivalee: don't keep us in suspense. What did you say?
  9. @robinb: wow, that takes me back. Have fun in there :-)
  10. @plasticbagUK: I know about half; London hath many tech entrepreneurs and tech scenes. @abscond's alt list off target at other extreme IMHO.
  11. Pressing the "food" button on the internet. Far too tired to shop and cook, just want collapsey goodness.
  12. @sophielovespink: great to meet you again too. #yesand is curiously full of awesome.
  13. @andrewgodwin: very little faff at London City. Still, there's something romantic about sleeper trains.
  14. Wondering when I should start packing for @devfort 3. I'm guessing at some point in the next 10 hours would be helpful.
  15. @NeilCrosby: gah. Umm. Then you need filters. Talk to Norm :-)
  16. @NeilCrosby: user stylesheet that doesn't highlight those URLs?
  17. I hate AFP, OpenOffice, people who ask which technology to use before deciding on features, that burnt doughnut, and you for reading this.
  18. @NeilCrosby: I'm assuming, but surely you'd notice by their all reading the same?
  19. @cackhanded: passport? Where the hell are we going? ;-)
  20. Can someone who gets the trade-offs of free trade vs protectionism in a recession explain them to me? Or at least some historical numbers.
