Only real issues: power drain, losing wifi connection, camera only works for video conferencing, sound buttons change ringer volume, not sys

The Cyanogenmod Android alpha build for the Touchpad is pretty great. Never used Android before, but it's better than WebOS. Much faster.

Also, I can't imagine Apple still selling an iPhone 3GS, a 4S, and a 5. Too many models = too much customer confusion.

Another prediction: There will not be a general iOS 5 release tomorrow, held off until new iPhone goes on sale in few weeks. Maybe new beta.

The current UI is too jarring & ugly. How about black or dark transparent w/ drop shadows, animations, etc. Perhaps add functionality too.

I feel like the new iOS 5 top notification bar looks unfinished. The current white UI looks like a placeholder. Not very Apple-like.

Netflix streaming? It doesn't make sense. If every DVD Netflix had (or at least 80%+) was available for streaming, I'd understand.

Actually, since you can view (not redistribute) the code for much of WebOS, it's probably the closest to an open-source tablet OS there is.
