  1. @vRobM yeah, actually, the T110 is on the HCL, along with the T100 and T105.
  2. @vnagornyi yeah, I saw that, and it made me remember to tweet.
  3. @vRobM I would like something i5/i7, but would also like something on the HCL. The PE-T110 can be had for about $500 with 4GB of RAM.
  4. @vRobM yeah, I have an XPS 720 w/Q6600 & 8GB which has done well, but need a little more horsepower.
  5. Hey @DellHomeOffers: #MyDellWishList includes a Poweredge T110 (or 2) so I can setup proper vSphere test lab at the house.
  6. So where is there a difference between vSphere Essentials and vSphere Essentials for Remote Offices and Branch Offices?
  7. @David_Strebel thanks! @mylvisaker pointed me there.
  8. @mylvisaker that's it! Thanks!
  9. @jasonboche hmmm... Not sure where to look. I have ASP/IIS on my brain right now.
  10. @jasonboche @mylvisaker yeah, I thought there was another route 2. I just found the VMSA archive. Would like to see this integrated N2 VUM
  11. @ccostan I started using Windows Movie Maker in Windows 7. Good step up from Vista's. It even imports Quicktime mov. Ok 4 small projects.
  12. Does anyone remember where to submit @vmware feature requests?
  13. I might be mistaken, but I thought I read that somewhere.
  14. @KendrickColeman just be mindful that when NetApp cpu is over 50%, you will see some performance hits. Docs say about 15%
  15. @KendrickColeman cool. Fun stuff.
  16. @KendrickColeman so this is brand spanking new... Been moving systems around/upgrading virt hardware for many years here.
  17. @KendrickColeman I hope you don't have any issues, or undocumented "features". I always like to wait just a little bit.
  18. @virt_pimp yeah. Have AccelKit at job #2. Job #1 has Enterprise for quite a few systems. We've been using ESX since 1.5 in '03/04.
  19. @virt_pimp Essentials+ is ok, but how abt a slightly bigger count? Or 6 hosts instead of 3? Let me run 6 1proc boxes instead of 3 2proc
  20. @virt_pimp agreed. vSphere is definitely the best featureset and performance, but people don't always need a Porsche when a Hyundai will do
