  1. @CaraLopezLee Thanks! They make me ponder my life, and I hope they make others ponder theirs too.
  2. Confession #6: http://wp.me/pbXEU-qy
  3. I feel like the Avatar marketing team is trying to show us the entire movie before it comes out. I don't want that. I just want a taste.
  4. @amyknichols Awesome. Thanks so much for the recommendation.
  5. @amyknichols Can you link to a story of his online? I love great short story recommendations.
  6. @Dramanique I'm thinking that it's brilliant! Instead of giving a waiter 5 different credit cards, you swipe them individually at the table.
  7. This may be the best invention EVER for waiters--instead of juggling all those credit cards, just use this: http://bit.ly/7rExiz
  8. GREAT advice about us introverts: Ask us what we're thinking, not what we're doing (we're always thinking). http://bit.ly/6UfCFj
  9. It got COLD all of a sudden today. I can't wait for global warming to really kick it into high gear.
  10. Why is it so hard for MovieFone to remember my zip code?
  11. Christmas: The Solution: http://wp.me/pbXEU-qv
  12. @harleymaywrites Oh, I totally agree about TTW. I could read the book a hundred times, but I'd never watch that movie again.
  13. @harleymaywrites I saw the movie, which I'm afraid may have spoiled the book for me...but perhaps I'll give it a try.
  14. @harleymaywrites It's definitely one of the best books I've ever read (Middlesex). It's epic, and completely character-driven.
  15. @Harvatin Nice. I probably shouldn't make fun of the Easy Mac, as I had a Tostino's Party Pizza for dinner. So good!
  16. @Harvatin Was it really "so good"?
  17. @Dramanique Mine averages less than that. But if three people show up, we have a discussion we wouldn't otherwise have had.
  18. @Dramanique That's too bad...I started mine about 4 years ago, and we're hanging in there!
  19. @KTFit I think every book club is reading The Help! I haven't read it; let me know if you like it. We're reading Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
  20. @Harvatin I think it's completely synthetic, so no.
