  1. So, storing in keychain lets your other apps see shared in-app purchase data. But it won't restore from backup if user gets new device.
  2. @neilinglis It has rained pretty much constantly since you left.
  3. @alancfrancis Number 11 will be the first time I'm older than the actor playing the Doctor...
  4. Should I store in-app purchase data for unlocking features in keychain or in the preferences? I can see pros and cons for each.
  5. @iainfarrell Welcome to the last 100 years of cinema from the other perspective :)
  6. @GavinBowman You may be happy to know that Sneezies Lite highly entertained 5-year-old daughter of a friend. About to buy full version :)
  7. @gruber I knew I should have written some Objective-C interfaces to Carbon :)
  8. Worrying about the folk in Cork City, where I used to live. Hope the floods don't get much worse...
  9. @gruber "and will continue to work in the future" *cough* Carbon *cough*
  10. @realmikebutler Wow! I wonder what our old flat on St Finbarr's Place is like :(
  11. Want to call this in-app purchase "The Full Monty" but fear that won't localise well... "Full Feature Pack" sounds boring. Suggestions?
  12. I love it when an interface comes together.
  13. @gilest No, there's isn't a way to keep them in sync - yet at least.
  14. Rain outside was coming down the inside of an aerial lead, and dripping onto boxes containing my CD collection. Not much damage, thankfully.
  15. Finally sit down at my desk to do some work, and hear dripping that sounded suspiciously indoors. Many towels later... Sigh...
  16. @dmoren Surely you could have found some stock photos of @jsnell and copied them onto your phone for CatPaint testing? :)
  17. So far, everybody has recommended I look at how Ramp Champ does in-app purchasing, and not a single other app has been mentioned.
  18. @wklj I am, but hopefully in a useful way! Basically allowing you to upgrade from Lite to Full in stages.
  19. @curlypaws Thanks!
  20. @voidspace If you have the full app already, nothing! I'm just adding extra pay features to the free one.
