  18. @tomboa I'd rather the gov (which ever one),spent millions on schools and nhs, rather than the 3or4 days of snow we sometimes get each year.
  19. @incevolebus It's because we only usually have 2-3 days of snow a year. It's not worth investing billions to deal with it.
  20. Get home, and the power has been out for 12 hours, and will be out for 2 more. Its warmer outside!
