  12. Just back from week in Northumbria, wettest coldest week imaginable. MTB for 40 km, 20km of Reds also Hiked small section of Hadrian's Wall.
  13. Quick work-out in preparation for next weeks Hadrian's Wall Hike and Lonsome Pine MTB Trail. Sunday work-outs are the best and most relaxed.

  17. 'Lonesome Pine Trail' has the longest Broadwalk in Britain, this is better than free beer for a night in the pub. I will be there next week.
