  1. Preached a new, rather unpolished message tonight, but sensed the power of God, for "it is not by might, nor by strength, but by My Spirit."
  2. God showed Himself strong and my faith weak as the need was mentioned by Pastor Don and over $566 was raised!
  3. Since we were "out of network," we had to shell out $366 for Jacob's bill. I didn't think to pray but thought to worry.
  4. The verdict is in: after several xrays, exams, and treatments, Jacob was diagnosed with pneumonia. All is well though-he is fast improving.
  5. RT: @joeydweaver Praise God for Ramón and Maria who accepted Christ as Savior after the service! Both were met on doorknocking.
  6. Why do I always find typos on Time.com? "Expectations are not high after a long string of dissapoint results." http://bit.ly/5PW4ox
  7. On another note, preaching at Trinity Baptist in Bradford, AR tomorrow-Bekah's folks church. Their commitment has brought us to 61%!
  8. Pray for our son, Jacob, who is pretty sick-wheezing and coughing. Bekah is going to have to stay home with him tomorrow.
  9. Please pray that we will be at 70% pedged support by Feb. 1 as we have a plane to catch in August!
  10. Preached at Fairfax Baptist Temple tonight. After the service, they voted to take us on for support! Now at 60% pledged support!
  11. Left Bekah and the kids with Grandpa and Grandma and am heading out for a quick meeting in Fairfax, Va at Fairfax Baptist Temple.
  12. Started the morning by missing the driveway and landing the car in the ditch. Waited in the rain as my father-in-law towed me out.
  13. Home at last!
  14. Over the hills and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go.
  15. @JoelRockey Amen! We enjoyed our time at your church and look forward to returning someday. Maybe the soundbooth will be finished by then!
  16. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Six more hours to go.
  17. Dark and sleepy in Amarillo, Texas, thus concluding the first half of our 21 hour road trip.
  18. Taking a break at the Cornado Mall in Albuquerque for some Christmas shopping, merry-go-round riding, and YogoBerry eating.
  19. Cold and sunny in Refinery, New Mexico.
  20. Just got a call from a pastor in Georgia who is considering us for their conference in Feb. Sounds like a great missions supporting church!
