Just learned a new cooking trick! If stew ends up with pepper overload, add a few splashes of lemon juice & stir. It has saved my dumplings!

Decluttering! Finally went through that growing stack of old giftcards. Found 5 with balances for a total of $40! Yay! The rest were tossed.
