@ for branching/tagging we use TortoiseSVN and is fine for everyday dev use - had to resort to cmdline a couple of times - not often

@ TortoiseSVN, but mainly we all use the VisualSVN plugin for VS.NET for day to day use. tried AnkhSVN but had too many problems
