  4. Reading all the suggestions out there for weight loss. still figuring out what will be best for me
  5. @HollyRigsby My goal is to lose weight, so I can look and feel better have more energy. Last year I lost 15lbs, this year I gained 15.

  7. If I lose 2lbs/wk, that is 23 wks. I could be at my goal wt by Mid-April.

  11. so some one teased my kid at school and called her a brownhead, what does that even mean?
  12. everyone around me is depressed, about the upcoming layoffs, which makes the mood even sader. why do have a xmas party before layoffs? crazy
  13. another day of sitting around in my cube, feeling sorry that I have gained so much weight in the last one year. 15 lbs.
