  5. @cpreston Not that I know of. Most nonprofits I've talked to with evaluaiton systems in place say they spend about 2 to 5 % on their work.

  7. @GordonJayFrost - It is low. But even with that small percentage, I'd argue that we do evaluation/peformance management better than most.
  8. @GordonJayFrost and @GiveWell - For context, LAYC spends 2.8% on performance management and 2.1% on formal evaluation. And that's low.
