  1. took brisket off smoke and finished in oven...it's resting now. gonna let it sit for about an hour.
  2. It's Anthony Kim v. Tiger Woods in the final round of the AT&T Congressional. ASIAN v. BLASIAN! :-P
  3. @STKLosAngeles I'm gonna smoke a brisket. Then later this week, some pastrami.
  4. going out to get some wood so I can fire up the smoker.
  5. @mic_dee I feel like Fed won in a weak era for men's tennis, without a true foil...but he's ridiculously good. I need to get over myself. :)
  6. @mic_dee I'm definitely not a Roddick fan, but he has my respect now after these last two matches. I really CAN'T stand Fed, though.
  7. At least Fed didn't flop to the ground like a dead fish like he normally does.
  8. Roddick cracked. :(
  9. Roddick's serve is the fastest, but Federer's combination of power and accuracy is mindblowing.
  10. (do reverse jinxes work?) :)
  11. I have this feeling Roddick will crack in the next couple games. I hope I'm wrong.
  12. FWIW...I'm not a Federer fan, but the man is unbelievably good.
  13. this could go on forever...no tiebreaks in the fifth set at Wimbledon!
  14. Roddick wins the 4th set 6-3! This fifth set should be exciting!
  15. Shot of Woody Allen at Centre Court reveals that Miranda Otto (Eowyn from LOTR) is sitting in row in front of him. I'm a dork.
  16. Nice! Roddick breaks Fed then holds to go up 4-1 in the fourth set.
  17. You only get so many chances against Federer and you're screwed if you don't capitalize. Fed leads 2-1 after winning 3rd set tiebreak.
  18. Wow. Roddick collapses after going up 6-2 in the tiebreak and loses the second set. Can he mentally recover?
  19. @JeanieBuss I got to see McEnroe back in the day at the Forum Tennis Challenges. He's my all-time fave both on court and in the booth.
  20. Wow! Roddick breaks a shaky-looking Fed to take the first set! Go Andy!
