  4. Explore diff ways to execute a movement. What cues does ur body like best? Squat = Push w feet vs lift w head vs let knees start move vs...
  5. Your 100% effort might be someone else's 50% but if u push further than YOUR 100% ur body will rebel n keep you AWAY fr results!
  6. Don't believe a casual strolling type can get great abs like the hardcore HIT types? Believe it! It's up 2ur body what it wants at any 1time
  7. Follow your passion every workout, every day. The passion gets u best results even if it's just a passion for walking slowly n admiring!
  8. Believe it/not, u don't need rigorous or even consistent workout sched 2c fast results. Fastest results if u LIStEN 2 body ea moment ea day
  9. Only your body knows the truth of what you need. Get out of your mind and start moving that energy through!
  10. If u suddenly lose ur excitement abt a certain exercise or program, shelf it 4 awhile. Do somethn diff n explore new movements n activities
