  7. Just watched "Up" on DVD. Liked it.
  8. 3/4 of kids home for the holiday. 4/4 by 12 pm. No feeling like having all our young adult children briefly in the house at the same time.
  9. It is amazingly appalling what some people do with the American right of free speech. On the other hand, others use it with honor and grace.
  10. Thursday's like-it-or-not traditions/commitments: Macy's parade, cranberry sauce, turkey dressing, Detroit Lions, cold turkey leftovers.
