  10. The runway here in Berlin is frozen, so the airport is closed. Hmm, doesn't look as he we will even get to Paris today.
  11. Return from Berlin scuppered by the weather. Having to fly back via Paris.
  12. Seen the Jewish Museum, the Wall, Fernsehturm and Reichstag. I have never been anywhere as cold, though.

  17. @dbhabuta I've just read Great Expectations, my first attempt at Dickens. enjoyed immensely, but didn't expect some of the bizzare bits.

  20. @dbhabuta I've read that. Enjoyed the description of India, but was dissapointed by an almost complete absence of plot.
