  1. We're still a bit confused as to why this happened and are testing. #koha
  2. Holds queue/to pull understood.Some items in the queue were on the shelf but not in the to-pull list, so we were confused. #koha
  3. Launched...looking good.Issues with holds-to-pull and holds queue. Difference not clear, one is populated, one is not
  4. Launching Monday. Cross your fingers!
  5. Entering in some data manually. Adjusting issues with item types. Needing a glass of wine.
  6. Data sets won't resolve...changing patron card numbers manually (fun!).
  7. Situation resolved. IT person had wrong IP address <grin>
  8. We can do nothing until this is resolved. We're stuck. Our vendor has been great about it and continues to search for an answer #koha
  9. IT less than politely states this is vendor issue and has refused to look into it further; no one recognizes the placeholder page displaying
  10. Staff URL not working internally (external ok); vendor politely notes this is on IT side of things but is working to help resolve.
  11. <llllaaaarrrgggnnnnnnggghhhhh> That's the sound of me choking an IT person.

  14. Go-live date pushed back two weeks. Library data set and institutional data set not playing nice.

  17. Patron database, that is...bibliographic records look fantastic and staff are ogling the interface.
  18. Import did not go as planned;awaiting details. Database being wiped and re-imported.Lots of time before go-live, so I'm not worried. #koha
