  11. Virgin Media broadband back up. Turns out resetting your email password resets broadband password too even tho login is different! WTF?!?

  16. @akirk yep. Unbelievably poor service. Just been on hold for an hour to be told it was MEANT to be resolved over 2 hours ago!
  17. Virgin Media broadband still down. Their site says it's resolved. Calling them. "Will take 30 mins to answer your call". Seriously?
  18. Uh, to clarify - they only gave me £30 compensation. Note to self: be more clear and concise with tweets.
  19. ps - Engineer visit was only £30.
  20. Called Virgin Media. 2 months delay = no engineer fee. Gee, thanks. And now they've cut my internet connection! Unbelievable. What's next?
