  2. Solid first week back training. My run today actually was decent as my foot pain minimal - still cautious. Swam 3 miles this week.

  5. Had another good swim to start off the IM training - 400s were 7:30, 6:52 and 6:59. Will run tomorrow.

  7. Great swim workout today - main set 4x400 - 7:40, 7:09, 7:12 and 7:05. Then ran for mile on the treadmill.
  8. Swam 36 laps and ran a mile today. Good to be working out again.
