  4. When the attack starts, you should release from your goal line when they cross the far blue line - don't get caught releasing late.
  5. On the glove side, when the puck is on the back boards use a heel-to-toe stick position. If it moves to the goal line shift to toe-to-toe.

  15. Create a superb puck-collection habit in practice. In other words, as a rule, cover and retain any available puck during your drills.
