  12. Following google #io2009 on twitter. Awesome announcements! Specially TextToSpeech system on android.
  13. @jpatanooga Btw if you have 400M files, try writing a script/unix split cmd to divide into 64MB, its would become easy to process them.
  14. @jpatanooga So the comment was w.r.t. hadoop not performing well on small files. Yes I do use hadoop, to process data.
  15. http://tinyurl.com/c98wn9 -- Network Front-end Processors, Yet Again. Good read on network design
  16. No offense, but Google Analytics is F****** Piece of S***.
  17. @fkuu email me: iamsidd@gmail.com if you want to discuss in detail. Twitter kind of sucks for serious discussion.
  18. @fkuu It depends on the company, but hadoop can be used either as E or ET in whole ETL framework.hus reducing data set, or speed to process.
  19. @fkuu What exactly are you looking for w.r.t hadoop analytics?
  20. @jpatanooga Thats because hadoop is optimized for processing chunks. Ideally chunksizes are multiples of 64M. Look at hadopo archive files.
