  7. @rbacal I look at Twitter being more a tool and if you use it wrong it can be like any other tool --it bites you.
  8. @rbacal Twitter is more transparent - it becomes harder to blow customer complaints off as a few have tried. They need to take it seriously.
  9. @rbacal Their counterparts are "lumpy" liberals, but I don't think you want the term lumpy curmudgeon.
  10. @rbacal I was using the term more in line with a "crunchy" conservative -- leans mostly to one side but at times goes to the other side.
