Bike ride complete - 19.6mi in an hour. Nice easy ride through Garden of the Gods here in Colo Springs. Work day done - now Davis time!

Run complete - 5.5 miles in 31min. Oops, I went more than 5mi./30min. TGIF training day limit. Reason - It's 60deg & sunny in CO today.
