  6. @mikepaggi Although if RoR was absolutely necessary, we could look into offering support for it on the server you'd be hosted on. ^IL
  7. @mikepaggi We don't support RoR on any of our shared servers; But a basic VPS (>$15/mo) would allow you complete control. ^IL
  8. @mikepaggi If there's a feature required, we do try to go out of the way to get what you need. Some are not possible for shared accts. ^IL

  15. @umbluemusic Once a cancellation request comes through, it's taken care of immediately (or EOB). A paypal subscription is not included. ^IL
  16. @umbluemusic We do not charge you; If you had a subscription but didn't cancel it through Paypal, this is the problem you're facing. ^IL
