  2. I keep bumping into teams that treat Scrum as a goal. Don't! Figure out your real goal, then choose which tools to use & how.
  3. @Kallokain I've used MindManager for years (similar to FreeMind). PersonalBrain is a different animal, can make huge continuous mindmaps.
  4. @nistude the 2min rule is not about rushing. It is about separating Processing from Doing, so you don't get stuck in 100% reactive mode.
