| Rowan Clementine was born at 5:18 this morning. 7lbs 16oz, healthy and well. |

| things stopped. Amber got a LIGHT epidural; we're all going to sleep for a couple hours and start again for the last push. Shes awesome |

| labor is getting serious. Contractions every minute. Good progress |

| Pretty sure this is it. Contractions are too painful to sleep, but not time for the hospital yet. Still trying to get some rest. |

| Contractions ARE MAJOR....about 3 minutes apart, lasting a minute and a half for two hours. This really seems like it. Only time will tell! |
