  1. Becky's done with the potty now. Big toilet all the way! Our little genius is so much more portable now.

  3. Yay! Sylvia found a physio job in Penshurst. Hooray Sylvia! Nearly 2 years of hard slog and $5000 in fees finally paid off for her. Go girl!
  4. Congrats to neighbour Mike who finally scored work as a union lawyer, with company car & iPhone. All that hard work paid off!
  5. So proud of my bro-in-law, Mr Navy JAG Lawyer, got promoted to a nice big house in Melbourne.
  6. Yay! Sylvia passed her final physio exam, and I got a payrise. We broke out the bubbly of course...
  7. We just signed the contract on our first investment property. I'm a nervous wreck! Going out to celebrate tonight.
  8. We're so proud... Becky did her first poo on the toilet last night. She's virtually potty-training herself!

  15. I'm depressed... TechEd attendees get a free Windows 7 laptop this year, and I'm not going :(
  16. Lucky Country: Australian banks passed on 90% of interest rate cuts since August 2008. UK banks passed on 70%, and US banks only 45%.
  17. Lucky Country: Export giants saw fall in exports over the last year (50% for Japan, 15% for Germany) but Oz exports actually grew.
