  8. enterprise apps solve complicated problem. But itself, specially UI, doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to learn from consumer apps.

  10. @StewartRogers Biz env is more volatile than technology trend in 3yr period. How many of you did 3-yr roadmap & never got it done after 2yr?
  11. One PM job is to find patterns. But pattern finding is a dangerous business. Many traps&behavior bias. I have to constantly remind to myself
