  1. @JeremySkinner Yes, it has a media bay, currently with DVD RW in it.
  2. @timsully1 On the "Getting Started" menu
  3. Windows 7 is very Christian: "Share with a homegroup" indeed.
  4. Well, that's as much as I can do on that site until I've met with the designer and been given some more copy.
  5. @katharinejane I think so. I can only manage two of those at a time, and that's only if someone else can sort out the raining bit for me.
  6. @katharinejane Concurrently or sequentially?
  7. @vinniethehornet Me too. I look forward to your next prediction!
  8. @vinniethehornet Goodness me! How on earth did you know that?! #WatfordFC
  9. @TheBoffin67 I will indeed. There'll be a blog post and stackoverflow activity galore!
  10. @TheBoffin67 Hmm. I really do need 2008 for my current contract though.
  11. @HadleyHope Yeah, I think it's a different issue, but I'd rather just get it on Win7
  12. @jamesbradshaw Oh yes. The problem may be that Windows Installer 5 comes with Win7, and 4.5 won't go on.
  13. @pperrin Yes
  14. @HadleyHope I tried installing it on an XP VM last night, but the command prompt popped up saying there wasn't enough memory. I gave it 2GB.
  15. @jamesbradshaw Yup, they're fine, thanks
  16. @grahamscott It's fine - I installed it somewhere else recently
  17. @rob_farley Cool, thanks Rob, I'll give that a go.
  18. I wish I was at #sqlbits - someone may know how to install SQL Server 2008 on my Windows 7 x64 without it wrongly saying .NET 3.5 is missing
  19. @timsully1 I'm using twhirl, which says it's seesmic, and I like having more than one account in it. Not tried it on a BB though
  20. Can't install SqlSever 2008 on Win7, so created XP VM, and can't install it in that either. Harumph.
