  15. There is nothing inherent, natural, or given about our structures. They were created in a political process of negotiation.
  16. I believe we need to do more than question the people in the system, we should challenge the basic rules of the system.
  17. Our bi-cameral system has important features. Some lead to better gov't outcomes. Some to worse.

  19. There is a difference w/ Obama. He could not win w/o multiracial coalition. Many senators can win with no black/brown votes @KathrynHallPR
  20. Not sure I agree that term limits are undemocratic, but they do create some problems, and solve others. @lvdjgarcia
