  4. @bobbimeunier its probably redundant.....pilates is submaximal resistance....not really necessary when youre on the 5-factor plan.
  5. @tarz22 make sure you train different body parts...and do some low impact cardio to help recovery.
  6. 15 min jog, 8 sets of 8 reps of (barbell deadlifts, hanging barbell rows, hanging knee raises), 15 min jog. Done and done.

  11. Been eating 5-factor friendly in MIami....Cuban chicken steak, black beans, and yuca/spinach soup.
  12. just watched a group fitness class in miami....instructor looked like a bust daytona stripper, and focused on kicking and screaming. ugggh
  13. @bobbimeunier multigrain is easier to find than ezekiel products....and at least as good....often better. Look for fiber content!
  14. Just had a client/friend cook an AMAZING dinner for me...sea bass, brown rice pasta, and Salad. Delicious!!!

  17. interesting how 90% of you chose a quad exercise......what about hamstrings? Thats why so many people have knee injuries..too much quad work
