@cbsiskin yes, and tutors can use whiteboard, voice and text chat, etc. we're using the system used to deliver synchronous dist. ed. courses

@cbsiskin we're using Centra, our university's web-conferencing system. I think there's a learning curve & so will require training 4 tutors

@judifranz no, not usb. i had trouble w/usb headsets a couple of yrs ago & prefer regular av jacks. we have califone 3066AV.

@kleinberg_david you mean endnote is getting simpler? we're having trouble connecting to library databases. zotero is a breeze.

troubleshooting connecting to specific databases w/ endnote. connection works for general catalog and some db, but not all that i need.
