  9. When developing a wesbite with music or sound, give users the option to turn it off if preferred.
  10. When setting copy on a webpage, keep it to a minimum. To much copy is hard to read and can frustrate the reader.
  11. Always, when developing a website, ensure you check its visual structure in various web browsers and platforms (mac & windows).
  12. When developing a site, try to use motion graphics sparingly. To much can take a long time to load and overall annoy the visitor visually.
  13. When developing a website don't use blue for the body text. Blue usually means a link and can confuse the person visiting the site.

  15. When designing a business card, try to keep it simple and try to stick to one typeface family. Clear and concise, not clutter.
  16. As designers we need to move away from technology and get back to what design is really about. Creativity, imagination and exploration.
  17. Children are naturally creative, as we get older we are taught to conform and ignore our individuality and join the herd.
