  1. Dreadful practice this morning, experience telling me not dwell on it and that tomorrow is a fresh unrolling of the mat.
  2. Someone came to my blog searching for 'how to look beautiful within a week AT HOME' I came up fifth on google : )
  3. Just about to practice Intermediate with 7, 15, 13 and 29 (see last nights blog post)
  4. Intermediate yesterday and a really nice and mellow primary this morning. Full Vinyasa Intermediate tomorrow
  5. Primary this morning, somewhere between full and half vinyasa, wanted to have time for some PCM
  6. Caught and held on to my heels in Kapotasana for the first time, even managed to pull myself in a little deeper. Great practice!

  8. Settled into Full Vinyasa Primary on my day off and Sunday as it takes so long and full vinyasa Intermediate the rest of the week
  9. Still alternating Full Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate, going well.
  10. And another Full Vinyasa Primary. I have to do Primary on my day off and Sunday now as it takes so long, intermediate comes out at 90 mins.
  11. Full Vinyasa intermediate. Managed to keep hold of my toes in Supta Urdhava Pada Vajrasana, first side anyway.
  12. Full Vinyasa Primary, almost exactly two hours
  13. Full Intermediate, Full Vinyasa! Really liked this, seems more balanced with the full Vinyasa. Took just under 90 minutes
  14. Vinyasa Krama routine today including the full On your feet sequence
  15. Full Vinyasa primary again but without the DVD. Much better at my own pace, slower breathing more breaths, nice practice but long, 2hrs15min
  16. Followed Lino's Full Vinyasa Primary DVD, strangely comforting Surying back to the Start before each asana 'though irritating in finishing
  17. Vinyasa Krama yesterday with inverted sequence, today was Primary, long long primary, this one took 110 minutes,long slow breaths throughout
  18. Vinyasa Krama's On your feet and Supine sequences yesterday Plus an evening Yin session. A long 100 minute Primary this morning.
  19. Lacked motivation this morning but first few routines of 'On your feet' are a nice gentle way to get going, then Lotus sequence,a favourite.
  20. MNissed the train, no Shala for me this morning
