  2. In October, more than 39.6M used Opera Mini, an 11.3% increase from September and more than 155% compared to Oct 08 http://bit.ly/7aEGwh
  3. @bluelimemedia I don't have a problem with tweeting during a presentation. Figure I wouldn't have a problem with notetaking. Seem similar.
  4. Good public speaker doesn't need Twitter backchannel to tell what the ppl are thinking. That's why being able to see the audience is crucial
  5. Another point @zephoria made is also true, theater lighting for public speaking sucks. I need to see my audience.
  6. BTW, as someone who does a lot of public speaking, I can say confidently that I don't want Twitter on stage with me. I feel for @zephoria.
  7. RT @geekygirldawn: Brave post. RT @zephoria: the spectacle at Web2.0 Expo... from my perspective: http://bit.ly/5Cdbwd (blog rant)

  11. You would think that if any browser would understand itunes urls and not continue to show a loading indicator, it would be safari.
  12. @harrisja that shouldn't be notable.
  13. @harrisja right. and their app stores don't have many apps yet so you can ride growth. makes sense to me. just want to hear them say it.
  14. @lyzadanger i agree. i think it makes sound business sense for them. but would love to hear them explain their logic.
  15. I would be interested to hear Seesmic's logic. I can think of good reasons why starting on those platforms would make sense.
  16. Seesmic released apps for Blackberry and Android, but no iPhone. Surprised their decision to skip iPhone for now hasn't received more press.
  17. More than 3 million consumers have now used mobile coupons in the UK http://bit.ly/8OvouQ
  18. RT @lukewdesign App Store sizes for Apple, Nokia, Android, Blackberry, Samsung, Microsoft, Palm, Symbian, and more: http://bit.ly/8ujTAA
  19. @ebenson what's the breakdown then? #1, #2, #3 for mobile ad networks?
  20. BTW, Millennial Media is competitor to AdMob, but doesn't have a much of an app focus as AdMob. for that reason, their #s are interesting.
