  10. @thinkb4coding ARs are special in that they have a global id.
  11. Entities have an id but they only need be unique within the aggregate root. This allows for more coherent distribution.

  16. @jonathon_oliver you can do it (and it can save time) but I prefer to use command handlers as it introduces a coupling.
